Well people, it's safe to say the days of Artifact 1 are gone. But yet it's influence on the Artifact community is still here today. As people look back on what was - I decided to make this Tribute, or memorial if you like, for Artifact 1. For those who played it, to remember what it was. Or for those who never played it...To see it for what it was.

I myself had the privilege of playing Artifact 1 for a few months under the name "Evil Dead II". Somebody contacted me saying "Great movie isn't it?". I had to be honest with him, I replied with "Uhh.. I don't know, I just saw the movie on my shelf and decided to go with that name :P". I don't know why I remember that so fondly, I just do.

I must add in reference to the Artifact 1 pictures. Not one of them are taken by me, and I'm not sure who took some of them. But thank you for letting me 'borrow' them, I'm sure the community is grateful to you.
